Hello Healthy Obsessionners!
My name is Bosaina (Boussy for short), and I am the person behind this blog. Aside from my "real" healthy obsessions, I actually have a normal full time job that keeps me busy on most days. I also have 2 awesome boys and a lucky naturally-fit husband who thinks butter and sugar are two ingredients that should be used on EVERYTHING.
A few years ago I joined Weight Watchers and reached goal in 4 months. Since then, I became increasingly obsessed with everything health and nutrition related (hence the name for my blog). So with the encouragement of my family and friends, I decided to put together a blog where I would share all the healthy recipes that I come up with so that others can maybe get inspired and start using some of the tricks (both food and non-food related) that I post to help them get on the path of great health.
On here, you'll find all my readings, teachings, experience and acquired knowledge in one spot. I love sharing everything with the world because ultimately, I would love it if my blog touches others in ways that would inspire them to turn their life around the way I turned mine: from young, overweight, & naive, to young, fit, and smart (and a bit obsessed). I couldn't be prouder!!
