This is by far, my most favorite breakfast of all!! one in a billion in my book of Best Breakfasts Evaaaa!
So here's what I put in this awesome bowl of wholesome goodness:
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup papaya
- 2 kiwis
- 1 medium banana
- 1 TBS sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Nature's Path Organic Sunrise Crunchy Maple Cereal
- 1/2 cup fat free Greek plain yogurt
- 1 TBS maple Syrup
- Add or exchange any of your favorite fruits and change to your liking!
